In the third quarter of 2023, the performance of the top Tools apps on the Android platform in Europe showcased diverse trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps in this category:

QR & Barcode Scanner from Gamma Play saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 553K at the end of June and rising steadily to approximately 624K by the end of September. The app’s weekly active users also grew significantly, from about 7M to nearly 8.5M over the quarter.
